This page identifies the operating companies you contract with and their upstream ownership for transparency with customers, vendors, and landowners. A short‑form Certificate of Trust is available upon request for verification by counterparties.

Operating Companies (contracting parties)

Grim D Extreme Outfitters LLC — operates grimdextremehogtrapping.com and provides hog trapping/removal services.

Ownership & Administration

Iron Boar Business Trust (Wyoming) — owner of Grim D Extreme Outfitters LLC; Stoneledger Holdings LLC serves as Trustee.

Intellectual Property

The “Grim D Extreme” names, logos, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by the applicable Business Trust and licensed to the operating LLC. Do not use our marks or content without written permission.

Banking & Controls

We maintain segregated accounts and internal controls appropriate for fiduciary administration and business operations. Vendors contract with, invoice, and are paid by the operating LLC identified on the purchase order or invoice.

How to Contract with Us

W‑9/EIN: Provided during vendor onboarding for the appropriate LLC.

Certificates of Insurance: Provided upon request when applicable.

Certificate of Trust: Short‑form certificate available on request to verify the above ownership and Trustee.
